5 Unhealthy Fruits and Foods Bad for Your Skin
• Citrus Fruits
While citrus fruits are excellent sources of Vitamin C, they can also be quite acidic. This acidity can cause inflammation and irritation, leading to breakouts or other skin problems.
• Dairy Products

• Refined Sugar
