We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Payments using any of these methods are securely processed for ESSpa via 256bit SSL encryption by PayPal Inc. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you added a Godiva Truffles Gift Box from the drop down option, it WILL NOT appear in your shopping cart total. Currently, Godiva Truffles are on backorder and there will be no charge as they will not be included in your purchase and will not be shipped. We guarantee that the product you order from ESSpa Kozmetika will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the damaged product less shipping & handling. ESSpa In-Store Credit will be issued for items that have been opened. We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that have been partially used or were purchased more than 30 days ago.

Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return any product within 30 days of our shipment date. Full refunds will be issued only if product(s) are returned unused in their original unopened packaging.
Returns of items that have been used and/or opened will be issued In-Store Credit only - except in case of defective product(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

There are no refunds or returns of ESSpa Kozmetika Gift Cards and Certificates, however ESSpa Kozmetika Gift Cards are transferrable and have no expiration fees. Please understand that Treatment prices might be higher when your Gift Card is used than when the Gift Card was originally purchased. Whoever presents the Gift Card will be responsible for paying the difference, if any.

All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and/or receipt.
When you return an item, please follow the instructions on the packing slip,
and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. OPENED PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected shipments. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Some banks take longer than others to process credit returns and may take up to 2 months to post credited returns.
