5 Steps to "Spring Clean" Your Skin

Hi Everyone!
Read my tips to help improve your skin care regimen at home. This will put your skin back into the “spring” of things and give you that healthy and radiant glow.
Cleanse-your face twice a day. Cleansing removes dirt, oil, and other environmental impurities. You should always cleanse once in the morning and once at night. Use an organic facial cleanser or one that can be beneficial for your skin type. Contact our skincare specialists for a free skin analysis.
Exfoliate- your skin once a day. Use a gentle exfoliation that is made only for the face. Body scrubs are to be used only on the body because they have extra oils to soften dry skin. Massage in gentle, circular motions for 1 to 3 minutes.
Tone- your skin every day after using a cleanser or exfoliator. Toner balances your skin’s ph level in order to prep your skin’s surface for further treatment options.
Moisturize- your skin all day. You can apply a moisturizer once in the morning and once at night. Carry a moisturizer or spray bottle with organic chamomile tea to freshen up your skin throughout the day.
Protect- your skin everyday and apply an SPF after heavy activity. Wearing an SPF is the best thing that you can do to help protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays. It’s best to go with a 30 SPF and re-apply after long periods of time.
