Massages for guys

My friend and I both work out. While we are working out we often talk about our muscles being sore and joke about getting a massage. I saw that ESSpa provides this service, but I can't help but think its a little weird for a guy to come and get a massage.
Do a lot of guys come in for massages, and what type of massage would you recommend?

Thank you so much for your questions. I am sure you are not the only one who feels this concern. There is no need to feel uncomfortable to come in and get a great massage by our highly trained therapists. All over the world, both men and women visit spas and recieve massages regularly. It is all part of keeping your body and mind healthy. You can find this to be true with a lot of our guests who come to visit us. We have a broad range of male guests like businessmen, fathers, physical therapists, and trainers. They all need that time to relax and help their muscles stay healthy.
A massage can be a perfect solution to sore muscles after a work out. A massage can flush the toxins away that lay on top of your muscle fibers. (That is one of the causes of sore muscles) So, to answer your question, yes, a lot of men recieve massages and I highly recommend all of our professional massage therapists.
If you are more active like yourself, I would suggest a deep tissue sports massage with hot stones. It is an intense kneading type of massage great for those who are athletic. They also place hot stones on pressure points to help alieviate any sore knots within the muscles. If you would prefer a more relaxing experience, the swedish massage is always a nice treatment.
